What characteristics and qualities are the sign of a good leader? An American would certainly answer this question differently than a French person would. The expectations placed on a leader and the typical styles of leadership vary from one culture to another. What is regarded as good leadership in one place may be seen as weak leadership elsewhere.

We recommend our leadership training courses if you wish to prevent potential conflicts and want to interact with colleagues from different cultures in an appropriate way.

During the training course you will broach the subject of your own style of leadership, become acquainted with the styles of leadership from other cultures and by making a direct comparison recognise the advantages and disadvantages of the different styles. You will become familiar with the expectations your colleagues from other cultures will place on you.
