We offer the best care for your international projects. We support you right from the preparation stages of a marathon round of international negotiations, on to a forthcoming market entry and right down to the planning and implementation of larger construction projects abroad. Our specialists are at your disposal long term with their expert branch-specific knowledge, both in your own country and the target country.
We focus our activities on intercultural preparation and specific cultural project management courses that are tailored to the project. Should the need arise, we can call in legal advisors and other specialists from our network. Everyone involved in the project works together hand in hand thus ensuring optimum support. This is carried out in close cooperation with your own company’s external and internal specialists. We can prepare and chair any meetings that become necessary.
In the following you will find the individual components of our range of services that could be used to accompany an advisory process. They intertwine in our continuous project support and are aligned ideally to your requirements.
Analysis
On conclusion of an extensive analysis, we create a strategic concept for the efficient implementation of your project. Our analysis takes into consideration your corporate philosophy, internal structures, existing manpower potential, the targets of the project, the cultural framework as well as any other case-specific co-factors. Our office in Vienna, which has been working with analysis procedures since the sixties, can compile an intercultural potential analysis that can then be used as the basis for further planning.
Planning
The planning is then carried out on the basis of the analysis in close cooperation with the persons responsible in your company. Depending on the requirements, this either takes a supportive and/or moderating form within an in-company team or an external form with documentation to be presented to the company. Specific training elements for the implementation phase are determined in this phase. These include among other things country-specific or rather culture-specific training units, target-oriented preparation for presentations, discussion techniques or moderation in intercultural teams, preparation for negotiation talks, measures for leadership or conflict management, continuous one-on-one coaching support, team building measures and other measures developed specifically for your company. Depending on the size and scope of the project, a contact person is made available for supportive consultations and, if the need arises, for interceding consultation.
Implementation
The elements listed above can be planned and implemented over a longer period of time. Our continuous project support process is designed in such as way that a quick and flexible response can be made to any changes in the basic conditions. New training, coaching and consultation key points plus the most appropriate accompanying methods are defined and applied if and when required. This is where the know-how of the experts in our network comes into play.
Follow-up support
It goes without saying that we are at your disposal with quick and flexible responses to any further questions that might arise after the project is completed. We can build on the measures previously applied at any time and lend our long-term target-oriented support.
