On conclusion of an extensive analysis, we create a strategic concept for the efficient implementation of your project. Our analysis takes into consideration your corporate philosophy, internal structures, existing manpower potential, the targets of the project, the cultural framework as well as any other case-specific co-factors. Our office in Vienna, which has been working with analysis procedures since the sixties, can compile an intercultural potential analysis that can then be used as the basis for further planning.
The planning is then carried out on the basis of the analysis in close cooperation with the persons responsible in your company. Depending on the requirements, this either takes a supportive and/or moderating form within an in-company team or an external form with documentation to be presented to the company. Specific training elements for the implementation phase are determined in this phase. These include among other things country-specific or rather culture-specific training units, target-oriented preparation for presentations, discussion techniques or moderation in intercultural teams, preparation for negotiation talks, measures for leadership or conflict management, continuous one-on-one coaching support, team building measures and other measures developed specifically for your company. Depending on the size and scope of the project, a contact person is made available for supportive consultations and, if the need arises, for interceding consultation.
The elements listed above can be planned and implemented over a longer period of time. Our continuous project support process is designed in such as way that a quick and flexible response can be made to any changes in the basic conditions.
