Whereby an extensive analysis of the initial situation forms the basis of a preparatory and continuous supportive consultation that can be combined with coaching sessions and training courses if required. This enables us to take continuously changing requirements into consideration and to respond flexibly to the respective needs, particularly in the case of long-term projects.

By using various test procedures we provide you with a target-oriented supplement to our consulting, training and coaching measures. Using our procedures within the framework of international projects we are able to select your personnel in a more targeted manner and therefore assign them to specific positions more effectively.  This means that existing know-how can be detected more easily and implemented in a more target-oriented way.
