Gerhard Hain, managing partner and trainer - Graduate Educationalist

Gerhard Hain, graduate educationalist, studied Educational Science, Psychology and Sociology in Regensburg and Rome. He leads seminars European-wide, gives lectures and consults institutes of further education and companies in the basics of intercultural competence. Since 2001 Gerhard Hain has been active as a consultant and trainer in the field of cross-national communication and business development for international companies (especially in Italy, Germany and Austria). In recent years his activities have led him to many differing branches of industry (among others insurance and financial services as well as the tourist and hotel branch, technical corporations and the car industry).  He is co-author with Ms Engelbert of the book “Auslandsknigge” (etiquette and manners abroad) published by the GU-Verlag. He is the founder and a partner in the institute ti communication in Regensburg and a partner in the institute ti communication Dr. Fischhof GmbH in Vienna. He has been an associate of the German “Knigge-Rat” (Knigge council) since March 2008.

Vera Fischhof qualified psychologist, managing partner and corporate consultant

Studied at the University of Vienna, completed her course of studies in psychology in Zurich at the Academy of Applied Psychology with the title qualified psychologist. Completed a group dynamics course of studies at the ASG (Association of Social Psychology and Group Dynamics) in Vienna and a four-year training in TCI (Theme-centred Interaction according to Ruth Cohn) in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Since 1990 executive staff trainer for Austrian and international companies with a focus on the emotional intelligence and situational leadership style. One-on-one and group coaching, potential analysis and selection of young executives. Offers especially for the 50+ target group: “How to manage the transitions into later phases of life successfully”, “Live the work/life balance properly” and “Growing older healthily and happily”.

Dr. Peter K. Berger, managing partner and corporate consultant

After receiving his doctorate in Chemistry (University of Vienna) Peter Berger first worked for 3 years at the Institute International des Brevets in the Hague, then in various management capacities and countries for the Sandoz AG from 1960 to 1983 (Switzerland, France, a multitude of countries in Latin America) and lastly as the president of Sandoz Argentina.  Return to Austria to take up the position of managing director of the Heilmittelwerke and the Schwab GesmbH until the pharmaceutical branch of Chemie Linz was sold in 1990. Since then partner firstly in the Dr. Fischhof GesmbH and currently in the ti communication Dr. Fischhof GmbH. Psychological training: training analysis, various training courses and seminars. Works among others in the fields of potential analysis and personnel selection.

Çağlayan Çalışkan

Çağlayan Çalışkan is merchant marine captain, coach, author and management consultant. Truly he is not on the sea any more, but all the more he dedicates his work to function as an intercultural bridge between the Germany, Austria and Turkey.

After his studies at the Merchant Marine Academy in Istanbul, he came to Austria in 1988. Lacking the sea, he switched his profession and spent long years in Austrian banking sector in leading positions. In 2002 he founded Caliskan & Network.

In the function as strategy consultant he supports international organisations in several business sectors, gives international management seminars, coaches managers and advises Austrian and German investors going to Turkey. He currently lives in Austria and Turkey.

Gabi Kremser, assistant, industrial business management assistant

Joined the company in 1984. She is responsible for administration and organisation as well as controlling of the workflow in the office. She makes the administrative preparations for the training courses, takes care of and supports these. She introduces the test persons to the potential analysis and takes looks after them in the test phase. In addition she is in charge of the coordination between the office and freelance trainers and consultants.
