1960 Foundation in Vienna
The former company Dr. Fischhof GmbH was founded as early as 1960 and at that time was a pioneer in Austria for the scientific search and selection of employees for companies and organisations.
It was the first company to use psychological interviews and tests for selecting candidates in order to avoid expensive mistakes in recruitment. In this period the market was made ready for human resources management, at that time still an unknown entity. ti communication Dr. Fischhof GmbH is still active in this field within the framework of the ti communication network.
2000 Foundation in Regensburg and Verona
In the year 2000 TI communication Gerhard Hain was founded in Regensburg and TI communication Sonja Engelbert was founded in Verona. The company has developed into a worldwide network, due in particular to initiatives from Regensburg. Competent contact persons in many parts of the world, a well attuned office team in Regensburg and committed trainers together form the basis for a successful enhancement our range of services. Many global market leaders as well as small and medium-sized enterprises appreciate the services we offer and now count among our continuously growing client base.
2008 New name in Vienna
ti communication Dr. Fischhof GmbH: the re-naming of the company in Vienna saw decades of know-how incorporated as an integral part of the joint network. The new location in Vienna will enable us to extend our activities in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
2009 New name in Regensburg
Due to continuous growth in Regensburg it became necessary to restructure the company. In January 2009 the long-time colleagues Susanna Brökelmann and Carolin Öllinger became partners in the company. This goes hand-in-hand with continuity and advancement.
